The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between MADIBASHOP and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
MADIBASHOP reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its online shop, by any means admissible in law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones.
You are visiting a handmade accessories shop, every item you see in the online shop which specifies that it has been made in our workshop in Barcelona, is handmade from scratch by MADIBASHOP. The materials used will always be of the highest quality and the manufacturing process is 100% handmade, reflecting our commitment to quality and authenticity in every piece. In addition, we are proud to share that MADIBASHOP has been recognized with the artisan card of the Generalitat de Catalunya, which supports our commitment to craft traditions and high quality craftsmanship in each of our pieces.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general terms and conditions. Likewise, you declare to be of legal age and have the legal capacity to access the MADIBASHOP websites and contracting through them.

To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online shop.
You can register as a user of the website to make the purchase online in the appropriate section on the website itself. In accordance with applicable and current legislation on data protection, MADIBASHOP informs users that personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchase, will be incorporated into the processing system owned by MADIBASHOP, in order to process such actions by the user and manage subsequent actions arising from them.
Your data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above, unless legally required for preservation.

During the purchase process you must identify yourself with the user name and password provided. These data will not be public. You are responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a customer, not being able to transfer them to another. You can modify the information registered at any time, in your customer area. In this same section you will have access to a history of your orders, this is only a consultation section but its management is allowed, and the user can delete those records that he/she considers it is not necessary to view.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If within 24 hours from the completion of the order you do not receive the confirmation, please contact MADIBASHOP in the customer service phone 601715109 or by email info@madibashop.com.
The customer, on receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
AVAILABILITY
The availability is indicated on each product sheet. Although MADIBASHOP updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that moment.
In the case of non-execution due to unavailability, MADIBASHOP will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. MADIBASHOP will be able to give the double option of: supplying to the customer without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by MADIBASHOP within this same period to pay the sums paid for the cancelled order.
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
In our online shop, each product we offer is accompanied by one or more photographs and a detailed description including its essential characteristics.
- In some instances, there may be a photograph of the product directly and additional images with different prints that have been used to show the various utilities and/or details of the product itself. We strive to provide our customers with a complete and detailed view of each item we offer. Therefore, in addition to the main image showing the product in its standard presentation, we also include other photographs that highlight specific features, alternative uses or additional details. These supplementary images are intended to provide a more complete view of the product and help our customers make informed decisions when making their purchase. We value transparency and clarity in our product presentation and are committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers.

- It is important to note that although the photograph shows the product in a certain colour, this detail is not binding. PRICING
All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
DELIVERY, TRANSPORT AND ORDER PROCESSING COSTS
ORDER PREPARATION:
Once the purchase process has been completed and payment has been received, we will proceed to prepare the order and pack it carefully to send it via courier, as soon as possible. This process can take maximum 1-2 days, until hand delivery to the carrier.
SHIPPING:
MADIBASHOP ships within Europe.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and appear as an estimate in the shopping cart. They are automatically updated when you fill in the shipping address.
The delivery time from the time the order is confirmed is 1-2 working days in the case of mainland Spain. For personalised products, delivery will depend on the manufacturing time. The shipment is made through the transport company GLS.
MADIBASHOP reserves the right to modify the shipping method at any time and without prior notice, always looking for quality and comfort for its customer.
Shipping costs will be free within mainland Spain for all orders over 100€.
Important Note: For countries that do not belong to the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any possible customs and tax costs derived from the purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We accept custom orders that are within the standard design, style and measurements of our products. For example, if you want a purse in a specific fabric that you have seen in our publications and it is not in our online shop, we can make it as long as we have the materials available.
The estimated production time for each personalised order is 5 - 10 days depending on the product to be made.
Once the personalised order has been made, MADIBASHOP will contact the customer by e-mail. The customer will be responsible for providing correct shipping information as well as making the payment of the order to proceed with the shipment.
Once the personalised order is ready to be sent, MADIBASHOP will hand deliver it to the carrier and will provide the customer with the tracking number so that he can check the status of the order, through the official website of the transport company.
PAYMENT METHODS
The customer will be able to pay the amount of his order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card:
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Also your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, in the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or recorded on any server MADIBASHOP.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code which coincides with the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This form of payment is valid only in the online shop.
Bank transfer:
When selecting the bank transfer you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail with MADIBASHOP's bank details.
It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.
If you wish, you can send us proof of the transfer by e-mail to info@madibashop.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has received confirmation of the bank transfer.
We would like to remind you that payment must be made in EUROS and that all possible exchange and bank charges are your responsibility.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions in origin, those bank fees and expenses corresponding to your bank. Otherwise, MADIBASHOP could stop the shipment of your order if we do not receive the full amount of it.
The possible exchange and bank commissions are at the customer's expense.
Paypal
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a right of withdrawal by law by which you can contact MADIBASHOP via email info@madibashop.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
After notifying MADIBASHOP of his desire of withdrawal, the customer must send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging along with a copy of the delivery note or invoice, at the customer's expense the direct cost of returning the product. If the product is not returned in perfect condition and unused, MADIBASHOP reserves the right not to refund the corresponding amount. Such withdrawal shall be made in accordance with the instructions that MADIBASHOP indicates to the customer in response to its notification of the withdrawal exercise.
The customer must return the product within a maximum period of fourteen 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the product, while shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
THE RETURN
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to MADIBASHOP without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
The return entails the refund of the amount paid for the product, while the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning the product.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.
MADIBASHOP will be able to withhold the reimbursement until the product has been received and checked that it is in perfect conditions.

JURISDICTION
Also, MADIBASHOP reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
